JIB

Juniors in Boating (JIB) was founded in 1982 as a California nonprofit benefit corporation. A board of nine directors manages this corporation.

Under Article III a of the JIB by-laws, the Board is charged with the following:  "To support and assist the development of high caliber sailboat racers in the United States by supporting and financially assisting young racers to participate in regionally organized sailboat racing association events, seminars, special classes, lectures and regattas."
